The first and the most important level of security is the security at home. As part of the MYCS 2.0 initiative, our smart security solution for the home security level is a comprehensive Visitor Management Solutions (VMS), which is designed to help residents track and manage every visitor seeking access to their homes. The VMS also allows residents to monitor who is entering the society and individual homes, records the entry and exit of every visitor, and grants access to them in the premises only after confirmation from the host.

This not only helps keep a record and exercise strict control over movement of visitors, but also ensures a well-fortified and safe environment for residents, even those with senior citizens and children.

The second level of security is provided to housing society To ensure the system works well at all times, it is connected to 24x7 Command & Control Station for System Health Monitoring. The installed CCTV system is monitored for any mishaps/failures like Video Loss, Hard Disk Full, Hard Disk Failure, DVR tampering etc. All this data is then shared with the housing society/ customer so that proactive actions can be taken to ensure minimum downtime.

Taking our commitment to holistic security ahead, the MYCS 2.0 also offers an additional ‘STREETCAM’ free of cost, wherein another CCTV camera is installed facing the approach road to the housing society, as per the new guidelines issued by the police department.

This helps to further survey the immediate locality outside the housing society, ensuring complete surveillance and security.
