Introduction

ZICOM SAAS PVT. LTD. (“ZICOM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who use the ZIMAN Mahindra Application (“ZIMAN App”, “Application”, or “App”). ZIMAN Mahindra is designed to support 24×7 personal safety and emergency assistance. The Application may use certain personal and device information, including location information, to provide safety-related services, facilitate emergency assistance, communicate with designated contacts, and support the operation and security of the Application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared, and the choices and rights available to users. By using the ZIMAN App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and the applicable terms governing use of the Application.

Scope of This Privacy Policy

Users may manage location permissions through their device settings, although disabling required permissions may affect the availability of location if user is in emergency situations like: accident, fire etc.

SOS and Emergency Information

When a user activates an SOS, emergency or personal safety feature, ZIMAN may process information necessary to facilitate the safety response, including:

  • Time and date of the emergency event
  • SOS activation information

  • Emergency contact details
